This was easily the smoothest and easiest experience I have had with a rental company. The car I rented (a Toyota Spade) came very clean and drove so smoothly. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining these vehicles, or at least the one I drove. It also came with an ETC that made driving the toll roads effortless. I feel so bad I cannot remember the name of the man who I met but he was so incredibly kind and accommodating. Although I have been practicing speaking Japanese his English is very good so there is no issue if you do not speak Japanese. Lastly the price was so affordable for me as a student/teacher, especially compared to other rentals.
